Our service only includes the charge for the
errand or service
performed. Charges incurred in making purchases
for the client (groceries, pharmaceutical, etc.)
Q:
How much notice do I need to give when scheduling
an appointment?
A.
Emergencies do come up from time to time. We
try to respond to all requests within a short
period of time depending on type of errand,
the urgency of errands and the traffic flow
at the time of request. Often we can handle
your request the same day. A 24 hour notice
is always helpful.
Q:
Can I afford this type of service?
A.
We always ask potential clients how much their
time is worth to
them. Most feel that they can spend more time
with family. We put
together a package that fits into your budget
and needs.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A.
Services are provided 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday
through Friday.
Evening and weekend services are available for
an additional fee.
Q: How far in advance do I need
to book my services?
A.
For errands, we recommend scheduling at least
24 hours in
advance. It would be better for you to call
to discuss your need:

within 24hours or a $10.0 cancellation fee will
be charged.
