METHOD: Payment
for merchandise purchases made as well as services
rendered is expected prior to delivery unless
other arrangements have been made. We accept cash,
money orders, or checks. There will be a $15.00
fee for all returned checks.

$25 per hour (1 hour minimum charge)

Charges occur the moment we leave our office and
end when errand is done, delivery is complete,
and we are paid. Seniors and students receive
a 20% discount

Shopping
$25 per hour
Deposit for purchases must be made up front.
Grocery
Shopping
$8.00 + 5% for weekly shopping
$10.00 + 5% for every other week shopping
$12.00 + 5% for one time or occasional shopping

House
Sitting
$20 per daily visit, $35 for two daily
visits
Security check includes: picking up mail/newspaper,
watering plants, turn lights on/off, take your
trash out, opening and closing blinds, and making
sure everything is locked up.
Any additional service request will be
an added charge
Pet
Sitting
$20 for one daily ½ hour visit,
$ 35 for two daily visits
Visit includes: watering/feeding your love ones,
10 minute walk and special
Playtime, clean up any “messes” your
pet makes.
Any additional service request will be

If there are more than three animals, an additional
$3 surcharge per animal will apply.
Waiting Service
$60 for the duration of time, but not
to exceed 4 hours. Anything beyond 4 hours will
be charged the regular rate per hour.
This charge is for waiting services at a client’s
home.
$35 for the first hour and $10 for each additional
hour
This charge is for waiting outside the client’s
home.

$125 for 6 hours of service (dinner
preparation, shopping, light house keeping)

Memberships
We provide membership plans for the convenience
of our clients who need us on a regular basis.
All plans have a yearly membership fee and will
be billed one month in advance. New membership
plans require the yearly membership fee and the
first month paid upfront. If you choose to upgrade
your plan, the new plan will start at the beginning
of your next month. The difference in the yearly
fee will be charged the following month.
Royalty Concierge
Services, Inc has several pre-paid plans
for our clients to choose from:
Platinum
– Yearly fee is $2000. Clients receive 25%
off of the hourly rate.
Minimum number of hours used per month is 20.
Gold-
Yearly fee is $1500. Clients receive 20% off the
hourly rate.
Minimum number of hours used per month 15.
Silver
– Yearly fee is $1000. Clients receive 15%
off of the hourly rate.
Minimum number of hours used per month is 10.
Bronze
– Yearly fee is $500. Clients receive 10%
off the hourly rate.
Minimum number of hours used per month is 5.
